The C674 bronze is softer than premium alloys: it is therefore easier to bore and then lap, particularly with Kibblewhite ball hones. The guides can be machined quickly with an electric or battery drill, simplifying the refurbishment of seats and sizing. Kibblewhite guarantees strict KPMI® tolerances on shape and fit, while noting a lower durability compared to the superior quality C630 (nickel-aluminium bronze). Made in the USA.
