Bronze C630 intake valve guide (nickel-aluminium copper alloy), designed and machined for the demanding environments of trails and quads. Made in the USA, this C63000 bronze insert contains approximately 5% nickel to enhance wear resistance and nearly 80% copper for excellent thermal conductivity. The profiles are engineered to minimise the impact on airflow while maintaining critical thickness in high-temperature areas.
