Ovate Wire Beehive Spring Kit by KIBBLEWHITE — manufacturer part number 20-21850
Beehive valve spring set designed for Harley heads and vintage/touring motorcycles. This kit includes progressive wound springs made from "Kobe super-clean" chrome-silicon (CrSi) alloy, heat-treated and shot-peened for a uniform finish. The Beehive springs provide mass distribution and a compact stack in the valve pocket, useful for maintaining stable rotational behaviour.
- Kit contents: 8x CrSi springs, 8x Posi-Loc™ upper spring seats (hardened steel or titanium depending on part number), 8x H.T. steel base washers, 8x red Viton® seals.
- Spring height: 0.625 (imperial).
- Application: intake and exhaust.
- Technical notes: uses OEM-style retainers (sold separately). Made in the USA.
Compatibility: check the lift of the check valve on CVO 2023-2024 before installation. Not compatible with aftermarket rockers with increased mass and/or increased rocker ratio. Product intended for riders concerned with serious engine preparation and reliable installation while adhering to manufacturer specifications.
