Manufacturer reference: 71016-8 — KIBBLEWHITE valve guide seal.
Designed to ensure the sealing of valve stems on demanding engines, this Kibblewhite seal is machined from 100% solid Viton® for enhanced resistance to oils and high temperatures encountered in both road and off-road use. An OEM-compliant part, it meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications and is made in the USA.
- Application: Intake and exhaust
- Stem diameter: 5.50 mm
- Outer diameter: 0.440" (≈ 11.18 mm)
- Length: 0.320" (≈ 8.13 mm)
- Recommended use: Use Kibblewhite seals with Kibblewhite spring kits due to specific clearances and tolerances of the springs
This seal is suitable for Quad, Trail/Adventure, Enduro, Roadster, Sport/Racing, Touring, Classic/Vintage, Cross, Side by Side, and Utility universes. Ideal for engine preparations and revisions where the sealing of valve guides is crucial — ensures better control of oil leaks at the stems and increased longevity of the moving part.
