Features
KIBBLEWHITE Solid Valve Stem Seal (manufacturer part number: 71008-4): a stem seal designed for intake and exhaust applications. Machined from filled PTFE, it retains its mechanical properties up to 500 °F (≈260 °C) and incorporates additive fillers to stabilise the material and reduce friction between the valve stem and guide. Ideal for vintage, touring, and roadster motorcycles where reliability and thermal stability are sought.

- Stem diameter: 5/16" (≈7.94 mm)
- Outer diameter: 0.510" (≈12.95 mm)
- Length: 0.517" (≈13.14 mm)
- Material: Filled PTFE (thermal stability and low friction)

Fitting suitable for Sportster configurations and other similar displacements — examples of compatible models: Harley-Davidson XL 1200 S Sport (2003), XL 1200 C Sportster Custom (2003), and XLH 883 Sportster Hugger (2003). Precision replacement part for valve stem maintenance, to be used during cylinder head refurbishment or when replacing worn seals.
