These NARAKU spacers (manufacturer ref. NK800.09) are designed for fine-tuning the variator on urban scooters and quads. In the form of control shims, they allow for adjusting the length of the variator sleeve to refine the rev response and the transmission behaviour during everyday use or light preparation.

• Kit contents: 30 shims in total — 10 x 0.1 mm, 10 x 0.2 mm, 10 x 0.5 mm.
• Usage: stack or replace shims to lengthen or shorten the variator sleeve.
• Compatibility: suitable for standard variators with an outer diameter of 22 mm (check before installation).

Usage tips: measure the length of the casing and the outer diameter of the sleeve before installation. Adding or removing shims can alter the acceleration response and top speed behaviour; these effects depend on the variator and the complete transmission configuration (rollers, springs, belt).
