The Excel aluminum 7000 rim, made in Japan, houses a machined aluminum 6082 hub, while the central tube and spacer utilize aluminum 7075 for a well-balanced rigidity-to-weight ratio. The spoke configuration features reinforced stainless steel spokes (up to +30% stronger than the original) and silver spoke nipples for a polished finish. The entire assembly is hand-built and includes Koyo bearings, renowned in the industry.
