What are "Available Points"?

Available points are those that have already been validated and are available on your account after 30 days from the date they were generated. You can redeem them at any time for vouchers or other loyalty program benefits.

Validity: Available points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

What are "Points pending acquisition"?

Points pending acquisition" are those you have earned through your purchases. They are visible once the shipment has been made for a period of 30 days.

Validity: These points will become available points after 30 days and will then be valid for 12 months.

What are "points that will expire soon"?

These are available points that will expire within the next 30 days. We'll let you know in good time to make sure you use them on time!
