To make a return, it's very simple, just go to your customer account, in the "Returns & Customer Service" section.
You will then simply need to choose the product(s) to return.
Once this step is completed, there are 3 possible options:
- An exchange
- A credit note
- A refund

For new items with a defect upon receipt, the return request must be made within 30 days of receipt. Otherwise, a customer service request will be opened for the product upon its arrival at our premises.

For residents in France, Belgium or Luxembourg:
A Mondial Relay return label will need to be printed and attached to your parcel.
Please note that commercial packaging is not intended for the transport of goods.

Once your parcel is dropped off at the collection point, you have nothing more to do; Motoblouz takes care of the rest.

The parcel will reach us within 6 to 8 working days, and we will then be able to process your request (exchange, credit note or refund).

If you have multiple parcels to return, it is necessary to have a different return label for each parcel and therefore to make a return request for each of your parcels.

If you wish to use a single return label, you will need to group your products into one parcel.

For residents of other countries:

The return is at your expense, and you can send your product back via the carrier of your choice.

Once it arrives at our premises, we will process your request: exchange, credit note or refund.

You must specify on the customs document that it is a return of goods; otherwise, customs duties and taxes will be charged upon receipt of the parcel at our premises.

Tires: The legal return period is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the parcel. Returns of tires are subject to a flat return fee of €30, payable by the customer, and must only be made by contacting our team of Motorcycle Advisors by clicking on this link. Tire returns cannot be made in-store.
