Designed for off-road use on quads, this Twin Air filter features a patented design and carefully selected materials for meticulous manufacturing. Its multi-layer foam construction ensures progressive filtration while maintaining airflow into the airbox.

• Triple layer foam: a first airy layer captures dust, sand, and large debris.
• A second denser layer that retains fine particles while promoting airflow.
• A third fire-retardant layer allowing, if necessary, the removal of the original flame arrestor.
• Specific Twin Air adhesive ensuring the cohesion of the foams and good resistance to solvents and gasoline.
• Carefully studied dimensions: the element is slightly more compact than the original to increase the available volume in the airbox and facilitate airflow.
• “Breathable” seal offering a large contact surface with the body of the housing, and gluing of the envelopes that prevents impurities from settling between the layers.
