TWIN AIR Air Filter Kit + Spring Ø63mm - Ref. 156147P

Designed for off-road use on quads, this Twin Air kit combines a triple foam structure and a Ø63 mm sleeve for effective filtration without compromising engine breathability. The included spring facilitates installation and ensures a secure fit in the airbox. Selected materials and dedicated bonding processes guarantee resistance to solvents and gasoline, designed for both racing conditions and muddy rides.

• Triple layer foam: first layer is airy to trap sand and coarse dust; second layer is denser to retain fine particles while preserving airflow; third layer is fire-retardant.
• Fire-retardant third layer allows, if necessary, the removal of the original flame arrestor screen.
• Specially formulated adhesive to maintain foam cohesion against solvents and fuel.
• Slightly more compact profile than the original element to increase usable volume in the airbox and promote airflow.
• Optimized "breathable" seal for maximum contact surface with the filter housing and bonding of the sleeves to prevent dirt infiltration between layers.
