- Wide articulation angles and double sliding design limiting the risk of axle locking during significant travel.
- Compatibility indicated with 2", 3", 4", and 5" lifts, portal transmission lifts, and certain A-arms (depending on models).
- Size of the constant velocity joint increased by 10 to 15% compared to standard joints for better tolerance to stresses.
- Diameter of shafts increased by 15 to 20% compared to original axles, for a reinforced load-bearing section.
- Chromoly steel shafts subjected to double heat treatment and internal cage made of 4340 chromoly for increased fatigue resistance.
- Boots made of thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) and bellows filled with high-load molybdenum grease to protect the joints.
- Precision CNC machining ensuring careful fitting and concentricity.
