Manufactured with high carbon content alloy steel components, solid bushings and rollers, plates, pins, and shot-peened rollers for high fatigue resistance.

Laser marking on the outer plates to identify the size, model, and origin.

Subjected to pre-stretching to enhance performance, particularly thanks to Z-Ring seals, BLACK DUAL chains ensure high mileage, reduced elongation, and extended lubrication intervals.

Supplied with 2 crimping links type 19 (solid) and 44 (hollow) and a quick link type 42 (press-fit).
