MALOSSI variator spring specifically designed for urban scooter transmissions. Made from silicon alloy steel and calibrated for optimal thermodynamic cycling, this super-reinforced spring fits Multivar 2000 variators and original variators. Developed and defined on a test bench, it has been tested under road conditions (twisting roads and steep gradients) to ensure durability and consistent performance over time.
