Cylinder Protection Crash Bars by SW-MOTECH

Cylinder protection designed for BMW R nineT and R 12 Boxers, made from aluminium with a machined protective pad. It shields the Boxer valve cover from stone chips and falls while seamlessly integrating into the motorcycle's design. Installation is straightforward, using the original mounting points for easy fitting.

Design and Materials

• Laser-cut aluminium substructure ensuring a precise fit to the frame
• Anodised aluminium protective pad machined by CNC, safeguarding the valve cover against gravel impacts
• Internal rubber damper absorbing shocks to minimise vibrations transmitted to the protection

Practicality and Features

• Mounts on original fixing points with three screws per side for quick installation
• Set of two protections for the left and right covers, covering both Boxer valves
• Installation instructions and mounting hardware included to prepare for the intervention
• Total weight approx. 1.1 kg for easy handling during installation
