Features

MALOSSI I-TECH 4T complete cylinder kit, designed for 300 cm3 engines: Ø 75.5 mm, piston pin Ø 16 mm. This thermal group is aimed at riders looking for a competition-grade original part, made from highly silicified aluminum alloy and treated for durability under demanding conditions.

Cylinder construction: primary aluminum alloy body with a silicon carbide (SiC) coated sleeve molded on nickel and diamond-crossed finish for tight tolerances.
Piston: ultra-compact 3-segment piston made from a special high-silicon alloy, tin-plated sliding surface, CNC machined, lightweight and reinforced.
Rings: nitrided and chrome-plated compression ring, second ring made of special cast iron, three-piece chrome-plated scraper for high mechanical performance.
Precision machining: manufactured on CNC machines; cylinder-piston clearance controlled at 0.05 mm and recalculated heat exchange surfaces.
Specificity: not road legal. Product reserved exclusively for competitions in locations authorized by the relevant sports authorities. We disclaim any responsibility for inappropriate use.
