Features

Manufacturer reference: FXDG8020099BK — RFX Pro Disc Guard Support (Black). Designed for the motocross environment, this support enhances the protection of the front disc against stones and roots without hindering the caliper's cooling. Ideal for off-road riders who want to limit damage to braking components while maintaining quick interventions in the paddock.

Features

High-strength plastic protection against impacts and debris.
Compatible with oversized discs up to 270 mm.
Design allows airflow to the caliper to maintain cooling.
Machined aluminum support (billet) replacing the wheel spacer for faster wheel changes.
High-adhesion 3M sticker in RFX colors.
Color: Black. Several combinations available depending on models.
Note: a model-specific support is required.

Installation (summary)

Remove the OEM disc guard, loosen the axle, and remove the wheel.
Replace the disc side spacer with the new RFX support.
Reinstall the wheel, ensuring the disc is correctly positioned in the caliper, reinsert the axle, and tighten according to specifications.

Particularly suitable for motocross machines such as the BETA XTRAINER 250/300 (2022–2023), but check compatibility with your model before installation. A robust and simple solution to protect your disc on demanding trails.
