There's no need to top up every time the bike goes out: this new coolant recovery tank (CRT) prevents fluid loss if the bike overheats, because the fluid is automatically returned to the radiator after cooling.

On some models, notably the KTM and Husky (2016-2023), the is integrated into the frame for easy installation and precise adjustment.

On all other models, the IMS bracket may be required for installation outside the frame.

Whenever your motorbike overheats, essential coolant boils off. This loss can affect the life of the engine and lead to premature wear of its components. The all-new IMS coolant recovery system acts like a recovery tank, keeping coolant from leaking and returning it to the radiator once it has cooled.
