BMC FM478/04 – Replacement air filter for motorcycles, signed by BMC. Designed for air intake, this cotton filter is aimed at riders looking for robust filtration and easy maintenance for their airbox.

Monobloc construction without seals (reducing breakage points)
Filtering media: special cotton soaked in low-viscosity oil, washable and reusable
High-strength epoxy mesh resistant to fuel vapours and oxidation
Optimised airflow compared to traditional paper filters, while ensuring effective filtration

The FM478/04 emphasises permeability, filtration, and retention: it limits the entry of solid particles into the intake while facilitating smooth airflow. Simple maintenance thanks to specific BMC products for cleaning and oiling, which allow for the reuse of the filter over multiple intervals.

Common compatibilities (examples): HONDA CBR 600 RR ABS (PC40) 2016-2017 and HONDA CBR 600 RR (PC40) 2017. Check the reference before installation to ensure fitment in your airbox.
