Delivery costs €4.99 for orders under €79 including VAT and is free for any order over €79.
For Corsica, an additional charge of €3 including VAT will apply and the delivery time will be 96h.
As soon as your parcel is dropped off at a pick-up point or locker, you will receive an SMS and/or an email to inform you.
To collect your parcel, you must bring an ID and/or the PIN code received previously by SMS and/or email, and your parcel will then be handed over at pick-up points or made available in lockers. Follow the instructions on the locker screen,

The delivery price is €6.99 for orders under €79 and €3.99 for orders over €79.
Convenience stores, newsagents, dry cleaners, florists, and lockers…: pick-up points are local retailers. Lockers are mainly located in high-traffic areas. You can therefore choose to have your delivery made to a pick-up point or a locker close to your home or workplace!
As soon as your parcel is dropped off at a pick-up point or locker, you will receive an SMS and/or an email to inform you.
To collect your parcel, you must bring an ID, and your parcel will then be handed over against a signature at the pick-up point. To collect your parcel from a locker, bring the PIN code received previously by SMS and/or email and follow the instructions on the locker screen,

For orders over €199 including VAT, delivery is free!
Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Saturday.
You will receive an email from our carrier, usually the day before delivery, to inform you of the expected delivery date. In order to deliver your parcel, the driver may ask you for the PIN code received by SMS and/or email.
If you are absent at the time of delivery:

The delivery price is €10.90 regardless of the amount of your order.
For Corsica, an additional charge of €25.90 including VAT will apply and the delivery time will be 48h.
On the day your parcel is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email and/or an SMS to inform you of the expected delivery date. You then have the option, until midnight, to change the delivery location and/or date on the carrier's website! On the day of delivery, early in the morning, you will receive an SMS indicating the estimated delivery time slot (for example: "your parcel will be delivered between 10:20 and 11:20"). In order to deliver your parcel, the driver may ask you for the PIN code received by SMS and/or email.
If delivery could not be made, the parcel is automatically dropped off at a nearby pick-up point. You will find, if access allows, a delivery notice in your mailbox. You will also be notified of a "digital delivery notice" by SMS or email inviting you to go to the designated pick-up point to collect your parcel.
Don't forget to bring an ID!
In case of an impediment, you also have the option to authorise a person of your choice to collect your parcel. They must bring a signed authorisation letter from you and their ID. If the parcel is not collected within 5 calendar days (this period may be subject to change depending on the carrier or the time of year), it will be returned to the sender.

If you place a very large order (approximately a pallet of products), delivery may be customised and the delivery time may be extended. In this case, a motorcycle advisor will contact you.
