Pro Race Line Friction Disc Kit by Newfren

The Pro Race Line friction disc kit is designed for clutch use in both road and racing applications. The friction material combines cellulose, resins, and carbon for a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility. The design with separate notches enhances oil circulation for more efficient operation and improved durability under intensive use.

Design and Materials

• Friction material primarily composed of cellulose, resins, and carbon for a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility
• Design with separate notches improving oil circulation for more efficient disc operation
• Set of 10 discs with an outer diameter of 132.5 mm, inner diameter of 111.5 mm, and thickness of 2.8 mm for a complete clutch replacement
• 12 edges providing a consistent and durable friction interface

Usage and Performance

• High coefficient of friction and low compressibility for a more direct clutch response in intensive use
• Design aimed at better fatigue resistance and performance stability in extreme conditions
• Developed in collaboration with Superbike, Moto3, and MXGP teams for race-oriented use
