Standard Friction Discs Kit by Newfren

Pro Race Line friction disc set designed for competition clutches and sporting use. The friction material is primarily composed of cellulose, resins, and carbon, providing a high coefficient of friction and reduced compressibility. The design enhances oil flow to ensure more efficient operation and stable performance under demanding conditions.

Design and Materials

• Friction material based on cellulose, resins, and carbon offering a high coefficient of friction for more precise clutch engagement.
• Specific design improving oil flow, for more uniform operation of the discs during sustained use.

Usage and Performance

• Product dedicated to competition, suitable for the intense demands encountered in Sport/Racing.
• Reduced compressibility of the lining, contributing to a more stable clutch response during RPM changes.

Practicality and Features

• Quantity of 11 allowing for a complete replacement of the disc set for consistent installation.
• Number of edges 12 and thickness 2.8 useful for checking fit and wear at the time of installation.
• Outer diameter 132.5 and inner diameter 111.5 to verify dimensional compatibility with the clutch mechanism.
