The KHROME WERKS 2-into-2 Two-Step Crossover exhaust system is designed for Harley touring and cruiser bikes. Built in the USA, it combines oversized interconnected headers and stepped 16-gauge primaries (from 1-3/4” to 1-7/8”) to optimise gas flow and low-end throttle response. The 2” left-side crossover and 4-1/2” muffler bodies (2” inlet) provide a classic chrome silhouette with black tips for a bold CVO style.

• Mufflers: diameter 11.5 cm (4-1/2”), 2” inlets
• Removable baffles: wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass for a rich, muted sound

This kit is aimed at riders of large Harleys seeking a polished aesthetic and controlled sound, while facilitating installation with welded O2 bungs and AccuSeal clamps. Ideal for Road Glide and Street Glide CVO 121 and other high-end FL models.
