Manufacturer reference: GYA8863T — Spark Force EVO 2019 / Step 2 (Full system), competition exhaust system.

This complete Spark system has been specifically developed for the track, in close collaboration with teams competing in the world championship and national championships (CIV, FSBK). It replaces the entire heavy original exhaust system of the Japanese supersport to maximise mid-range torque and peak power. This system is exclusively for closed circuit use and does not have road approval.

• Finish: stainless steel collectors (AISI 304 stainless) + titanium Force silencer.

• Compatible models: Yamaha YZF-R6 (2017-2025).

• Specificity: "Step 2" architecture featuring machined connections (CNC) for optimal assembly and increased durability against vibrations and thermal stresses of competition.

• Approval: not approved (fully compliant with FFM competition noise standards for French circuits).

• Weight: 5.9 kg (a significant weight saving of -4.4 kg compared to the 10.3 kg of the complete original system).

• Sound level: 102 dB.

On the track, this complete system transforms the dynamics of the Yamaha YZF-R6 of the latest generation. Spark's R&D department has meticulously calculated the lengths, cones, and sizing of the collectors to ensure maximum engine efficiency. Combined with the 350 mm long Force silencer, the whole system offers a weight reduction of over 4 kg, enhancing the bike's agility during angle changes, while delivering a perfectly controlled supersport sound (102 dB) to pass technical checks without issue.
