Manufacturer reference: GSU8804T — Spark Force (Full system), competition exhaust system.

This full Spark Force system has been developed to maximise the performance of the machine. It replaces the entire heavy original exhaust system. This system is exclusively for closed circuit use and does not have road approval.

• Finish: stainless steel collector + titanium Force silencer.

• Compatible models: Suzuki GSX-R 1000 / R (2017-2025).

• Specificity: kit perfectly compatible with original passenger footpegs, fairings, and radiator.

• Approval: not approved (not compliant with FFM noise standards for most French circuits due to a volume exceeding 102 dB at high revs).

• Weight: 5.4 kg (a weight saving of -5.0 kg compared to the 10.4 kg of the complete original system).

• Sound level: 99 dB at 5000 rpm | 106.5 dB at 7000 rpm.

• Soundproofing: dB killer not included (sold separately).

On the track, this full system optimises the performance of both original and tuned engines. The combination of the stainless steel collector and the titanium Force silencer offers an excellent compromise between gas flow release and reliability. The 5 kg weight saving significantly contributes to improving the handling and responsiveness of the Suzuki GSX-R 1000, while providing a very distinctive sound identity (up to 106.5 dB).
