Features

The complete ATHENA gasket kit (without lower engine oil seals) is designed for the overhaul of the cylinder head and the upper part of cross engines. Made in Italy by ATHENA, this kit gathers the sealing components necessary to restore the cylinder head and upper engine to original configuration during a repair or maintenance.

Manufacturing: design and cutting performed in Italy, with laser cutting for high dimensional precision.
Treatments: surface treatments and material de-stressing to optimize the installation of gaskets on critical sealing surfaces.
Usage: intended for top-end operations (cylinder head, cylinder, piston) — refurbishment of thermal and upper engine sealing gaskets.
Exclusion: does not include lower engine oil seals (crankshaft seals).

Ideal for riders and mechanics looking for a complete solution for the upper engine on cross machines, this kit is particularly suitable for recent 250 cc models such as the HONDA CRF 250 RX ENDURO, CRF 250 RWE, and CRF 250 R (2026). For any intervention on the lower engine, please ensure to use the appropriate oil seals as a complement.
