BILTWELL Handlebar – Manufacturer ref. 6005-2012
Designed for vintage and classic builds, this BILTWELL handlebar is aimed at riders seeking aesthetics and quality craftsmanship for an aftermarket or custom installation. Made from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, it features an outer diameter of 1" and a wall thickness of 0.120" (≈3 mm), providing a good balance between lightness and strength.

- Forming: Bending with internal mandrels on CNC bender to limit flattening
- Welding: Assembly performed using TIG with precision control

The curves are achieved through mandrel bending to preserve the tube section and maintain a consistent profile, while the TIG welds ensure a clean and durable finish. Without grooving, this handlebar is suitable for TBW controls or any installation requiring a smooth surface for grip placement.
