BILTWELL — 1" Handlebar (Manufacturer's reference 6016-2012)

A sleek and sturdy handlebar from the BILTWELL aftermarket range, designed for vintage/classic builds and custom preparations. Made from seamless 4130 chromoly tubing, this bar features a substantial wall thickness for use on custom motorcycles where strength and finish of the bends matter.

Outer diameter: 1" (25.4 mm)
Thickness: .120" (~3 mm)
Bending done with internal mandrels on CNC bender to limit flattening
TIG welded
Designed for aftermarket/custom applications
Non-grooved — suitable for setups without internal cable routing (not compatible as is with TBW)

This handlebar is aimed at riders and builders looking for a solid and understated bar to complete a bobber, cafe racer, or any custom base. Please note that the handlebar is not grooved for cable routing, and any adaptation (clamps, controls, possible drilling) should be carried out according to your setup and by a professional if necessary. Manufacturer reference: 6016-2012, brand BILTWELL.
