Features

BILTWELL - 1" Handlebar (manufacturer reference 6016-1052) designed for vintage and classic builds. This chromoly 4130 seamless tube handlebar combines retro aesthetics with meticulous craftsmanship: calibrated sections, controlled bends, and raw finishes that naturally integrate into a café racer, bobber, or custom bike.

Material: seamless Chromoly 4130 tube
External diameter: 1" (25.4 mm)
Thickness: .120" (≈ 3 mm)
Manufacturing: bends made with internal mandrels on CNC bender to limit flattening
Welding: assembly done in TIG
Usage: aftermarket/custom application
Feature: non-grooved — intended for TBW applications

This Biltwell handlebar offers a simple and clean line, ideal for recreating an authentic riding position without frills. Its robust tube and clean bends facilitate integration into a build project: height and angle adjustments according to the desired look. Note that it is non-grooved, therefore not prepared for mechanical sheath — a useful specification for bikes equipped with TBW systems or for DIY enthusiasts looking to adapt controls and wiring.
