HIGH-TECH SAFETY: the outer shell

Fruit of a single manufacturing process, our shells ensure optimum stability, with yet minimal weight. Direct Fibre Processing (DFP) is one of SCHUBERT\'s latest innovations.
The process is as follows: a robot cuts out a certain quantity of fibreglass and manipulates it into the required shape. This pre-formed shape is accompanied by a layer of resin, which gives the helmet its exceptional strength after being fired under high pressure.
Its structure made of several sections increases its capacity for shock absorption and therefore ensures maximum safety.

KEEP A COOL HEAD: BEST FEATURES

The interior ShinyTex® equipment was designed to fulfil all requirements for comfort and safety.

The material dries quickly; it is also antibacterial and easy to clean.

Another advantage: the head-rest with uniform upholstering and space reserved for glasses.

The multiple vents provide a full helmet airflow and contribute to maintaining a cool and comfortable temperature.

Lastly, the entire product is obviously certified according to the Öko-Tex 100 standard; components are removable and washable.

A GUARANTEE OF SAFETY:

• The protective lateral cheek pads are easily removed so that the rider can easily remove the helmet in the event of an emergency.
• Its reflective surfaces enable the rider to have better visibility at night or in the dark.
• Flexible, the Double D-ring fastens the helmet firmly and adapts to suit each individual.

COOL AIR:

The air intakes located on brow and chin ensure quality airflow inside the helmet.

TRULY FULL-FACE HELMET:
With its integrated aerial, preset mini-speakers and antipop microphone, the R2 is recommended for use with the SC1 communications system.

This helmet corresponds to ECE R 22.05 standard and can therefore be used in all European countries.
