Techno Foam uses a new additive in its rubber compound which means the foam rises less in temperature.
- Dimensions: 140/80 -18
- Weight: 1650 g
- Position: rear
- Pressure: 1.0/1.1 bar
- They become less deformed
- They last longer
- They lose much less volume as running time increases
- They still have no expiry date
- Made in Italy
- Use only for the off-road or enduro
- Unique technology (vulcanisation)
- Lightweight
- Very good wheel feel to keep riding fluid
- Several qualities, offering various pressures depending on the terrain and the bike
The degree of hardness of the techno foam reach their maximum elasticity after a few minutes of use (longer or shorter depending on the outside temperature and riding).
They are strongly recommended to leave the motorcycle on a central stand at least 45 mm high once the ride is finished. The techno foam will therefore regain its shape and original hardness.
Never strap techno foams to the motorcycle when they are still warm.
It is recommended to fit the tyre with well-tightened beadlocks in good condition.
Techno foam is not certified for use on asphalt roads
Techno foam is made with an elastic material
When changing the tyres, you will note that the front and rear foams are not in the same state and/or in their initial shape.
Once the new tyres are fitted, the techno foam will adapt to the new tyre.
Assembly recommendations:
- Lubricate the inside of the tyre with the silicone gel provided abundantly
- Cover the foam abundantly with the gel provided
- Insert the techno foam in the tyre
- Fit the wheel on the tyre and insert the lower edge of the tyre with suitable tyre changers
- Engage the other shoulder of the tyre with a tyre changer and lock it
- On each side of a fixed tyre changer, engage the tyre once more on the right and one more on the left, until it has gone in completely.
