D7 Pro CANsmart Lighting Kit by Denali

A complete lighting kit consisting of two D7 Pro headlights, a CANsmart Gen II controller, a mounting bracket, and an extension, designed to enhance auxiliary lighting on road and trail motorcycles. The modules combine Cree LEDs, modular X-Lens optics, and IP68/69K protection for durable on-road and off-road use. The system offers fine control of intensity and customisation options via CANsmart or DialDim to adapt the lighting to every driving situation.

Design and Materials

• LEDs (7x) Cree XML3 14 W per module, providing a compact light source suitable for auxiliary mounting.
• IP68 & 69K waterproof housing and optics, ensuring resistance to immersion and high-pressure jets for off-road use.
• Anodised black billet aluminium mounting brackets for tubes Ø21-29mm with a pivoting shelf, ensuring a secure attachment and protected positioning of the lights.

Practicality and Features

• Independent dual circuit with separate intensity adjustment for central and long-range beams, allowing for tailored light distribution according to the route.
• Modular X-Lens with DRL colour change (white, amber, selective yellow) to adjust visibility and signalling without disassembly.
• Compatible with CANsmart Gen II and DialDim for control from original switches or via the CANsmart software, facilitating the management of settings and lighting scenarios.
• DRL Boost mode and integrated indicator function to synchronise the central optics with the indicators and enhance the visibility of the rider's intentions.
• Specific limitations on Norden 901 and Norden 901 Explorer: several functions (brightness adjustment and on/off of auxiliary lights from original switches, Day/Night intensity, certain indicator-related functions) are not available from OEM controls and must be configured via the CANsmart software; the auxiliary stop light can only be activated by the front brake lever on these models.

• Consumption of 98 Watts / 8 Amperes per module and voltage range of 9-32 VDC, compatible with most motorcycle electrical systems.
• Long-distance range of 380 m and wide beam width of 75 m for better detection of obstacles and terrain on and off-road.
