Features

Hi-airbag Connect presents its airbag vest:

No cable or CE and SRA approved sensor
Located at the lower back, it is positioned at the centre of gravity of the human body
It consists of a microprocessor that detects impacts using accelerometers and simultaneously the gyroscopic effect (angle calculations)
If either of the two parameters or both deviate from the algorithm, it sends a message to a pyrotechnic system that explodes, projecting a striker into a gas cartridge that inflates a 16-litre absorbent airbag
Presence of a back protector
Impact detection time: 20 ms
Inflation time: 120 ms
All elements of the torso are protected, front, sides, liver, spleen, on the side, hips, and the entire back including the upper vertebrae
Battery life: 50 hours (USB or mains charger)

The rearming and revision include shipping costs (Paris) for returning and retrieving the vest, changing the gas cartridge, the pyrotechnic system, and the striker.
