Features

WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Manufacturer Ref: 8066DA

Forged piston designed for cross and roadster applications, engineered and manufactured in Germany by WOSSNER, a specialist in engine parts for 2 and 4-stroke engines. Made from aluminium, it features a friction-treated skirt to minimise friction against the cylinder wall.

Recommended bore diameter: 66.40 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 66.340 mm (oversize letter A)
Number of rings: 2
Material: forged aluminium
Supplied with rings, circlips, and pin

This forged piston is intended for engines subjected to high thermal and mechanical stresses typical of aggressive off-road and road practices. Its forged design provides a dense structure suitable for the demands of high-stress pistons, while the oversize A and skirt treatment facilitate fitting in prepared bores.

Common compatibilities: HM MOTARD 250 (2T) 2008, HONDA CR 250 R (ME03) 2004, HM CRE 250 (2005). Before installation, check the bore and piston-cylinder clearances and adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for running-in and tightening the rings.
