WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Manufacturer Ref. 8112DA

Designed and manufactured in Germany by Wössner, this forged piston is aimed at motocross riders looking for a high-precision engine part for replacement or renovation. Suitable for 2-stroke configurations and developed for specific bore sizes, it retains the necessary dimensions for the relevant cylinders.

Bore Diameter: 54.00 mm
Piston Diameter: Ø 53.940 mm (oversize letter: A)
Material: forged aluminum
Number of Rings: 1
Treatment: skirt with anti-friction finish
Delivered with: ring(s), circlips, and piston pin

This piston is compatible with several motocross models, including the Kawasaki KX 125 (model years 1995–1997) according to the specified dimensions. The forged construction ensures serious dimensional stability and facilitates break-in in addition to the skirt treatment. Before installation, check the bore, piston-cylinder clearance, and manufacturer tolerances to ensure proper fit and operation.
