Features

WÖSSNER Forged Piston (Manufacturer Ref: 8738DA) — designed for Cross applications, this forged aluminium piston is manufactured in Germany by Wössner, a specialist in engine parts for 2 and 4-stroke engines. Built to withstand the demands of off-road use, it adheres to the finishing and control standards typical of competition and high-performance maintenance parts.

Bore diameter: 96.00 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 95.960 mm (oversize letter: A)
Material: Forged Aluminium
Anti-friction treatment on the skirt to reduce friction against the cylinder
Number of rings: 2 — supplied with rings, circlips, and pin

This piston is suitable for engine configurations requiring a part sized at Ø 95.96 mm (oversize A). The forged design ensures material homogeneity suitable for the high thermal and mechanical stresses encountered in cross applications. The treated skirt limits friction during start-up and intense operation, facilitating assembly adjustments.

Applications — compatible notably with Kawasaki KX 450 F (KX450F / KX450E) models from 2010 to 2012 (450 cm3). Always check the exact match with your engine and bore dimensions before installation.
