DescriptionVertex PRO Complete forged A-coast Piston kit

Product details :

VERTEX Forged Piston intended for Quad and Cross uses, manufacturer reference 23417A. Designed by a first-rate equipment manufacturer, this forged aluminum piston allows for reconditioning that meets original specifications for the mentioned 505 cm3 engines.

Bore diameter: 100.00 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 99.94 mm (oversize A)
Material: Forged aluminum
Complete kit: delivered with rings, circlips, and pin
Top-end gasket kit: reference 605135

This forged piston is intended for preparations and reconditioning where precision fitting and mechanical strength are sought. The oversize A and machining tolerances ensure a precise fit in the sleeve during replacement. Ideal for replacing a worn piston on the listed KTM 505 models (2008–2012) or on other similar displacement applications.

For installation, follow the manufacturer's recommendations regarding break-in, torque specifications, and clearance checks. This piston is suitable for top-end operations carried out by a workshop or a skilled DIYer. Check compatibility and the condition of the sleeve before installation.
