Features

WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Manufacturer Ref. 8608DA

Designed and manufactured in Germany, this Wössner forged piston is aimed at the preparation and refurbishment of cross and roadster engines. Made from high-quality aluminium, it features a friction-treated skirt to limit wear between the piston and cylinder liner, ensuring smoother interaction with the bore.

Nominal bore diameter: 96.00 mm
Piston diameter: Ø 95.960 mm (Ø 95.96 mm)
Oversize letter: A (oversize)
Material: forged aluminium

Supplied complete: rings, circlips, and pin

The forged design provides superior resistance to thermal and mechanical stresses compared to cast pistons, making it suitable for demanding uses in both cross and roadster applications. Its design allows for controlled bore tolerances and a finish suitable for high RPMs.

Common compatibilities: HONDA CRF 450 X (PE06) 2014, HM CRE 450 (2014), HM MOTARD 450 (2013). Before installation, carefully check the engine reference, bore, and manufacturer tolerances to ensure proper fitting.
