Features

CIRCLIPS 20 x 1.4 mm – PROX. Piston pin circlips designed to hold the piston pin in position on off-road engines. A simple yet essential part for the reliability of the top end, suitable for enduro and motocross practices.

Dimensions: 20 x 1.4 mm (diameter/thickness).
Usage: piston pin retention.
Packaging: sold in pairs.

This circlip is a wear part designed to secure the pin in its groove. During installation, carefully clean the groove and check for any burrs or contamination. Install with an appropriate circlip pliers and ensure that the ring is properly seated all around the groove before reassembling the piston and connecting rod. Always replace circlips showing signs of wear, crushing, or reduced elasticity to avoid any risk of pin displacement and the resulting engine damage.
