HINSON Aluminium Pressure Plate – Manufacturer Ref: H616-PP-2301

Designed by HINSON for off-road requirements, this pressure plate is machined from high-quality aluminium. The component undergoes heat treatment and is then anodised to enhance its hardness and resistance to the specific stresses of motocross and supercross. Ideal for riders who push hard at the starts and endure the impacts from jumps, it preserves the integrity of the surfaces in contact with the smooth and lined discs.

• Massive machining and anodised finish for better wear resistance
• Heat treatment for increased resistance in extreme conditions
• Designed to improve clutch feel and progression
• Better thermal dissipation than standard parts
• Ultra-light construction to limit unsprung mass

Suitable for the Cross universe, this HINSON plate is aimed at demanding riders seeking reliability and consistent clutch engagement. Examples of compatible models: YAMAHA YZ 450 F (2026), FANTIC XXF 450 (2025), YAMAHA WR 450 F (2026). HINSON product, designed for competition and intensive training.
