Bridgestone has extended its Battlax range with the Battlax Adventure A40 tyre, a radial trail all seasons, opens up new ways for riders of trail bikes who only ride on the road.
By combining the Battlax heritage of the MOTO GP and the proven performance of the tyre Battle Wing, Bridgestone created an Adventure tyre offering grip and improved stability, especially on wet surfaces, and a longer lifespan.
Significantly improves handling on dry and wet surfaces, without sacrificing its high-level of stability and durability, and gives followers of the Adventure range a treat and improved safety on all types of road and in all conditions.
A new profile front tyre offering a larger ground contact on the angle for better grip on corners, large tread blocks with greater rigidity for increased stability; and the mono-spiral belt construction by Bridgestone for front tyres improves shock absorption for greater comfort and less fatigue.
Performance on wet surfaces also has been improved thanks to the new compound with Bridgestoneās patented NanoPro-Tech technology that helps reduce the production of heat (increased temperature of the tyre) associated with the deformation of the tyre. The tread patterns were also redesigned. By reconfiguring angles and the block assembly of the grooves on the front tread pattern, stability on corners has been improved. The wider grooves with front and rear improve water evacuation and performance on wet surfaces. The grooves on the rear tyre facilitate the use of larger tread blocks for greater rigidity and therefore increased stability on corners.
Handling, braking, comfort, etc. The tyres you choose affect numerous aspects of your machine\'s behaviour, whether on the road, the racetrack or off-road. Therefore it is essential that you carefully choose the type that fits your needs best.
