Main construction made of technical spandex, highly breathable stretch mesh fabric and memory foam.
Strategically placed cordura fabric panels for durability and abrasion resistance.
All its elements are designed to offer an extremely light, thin, and highly ventilated garment with reduced thickness.
Highly versatile, modular and customisable fit to adapt to different types of off-road riding offered by:
Removable comfort padding; belt at the kidneys with V-shaped strap; laced sleeve closure; removable sleeves; 100% compatibility with the BNS neck brace.
CE-certified level 2 protective panels on the chest, shoulders and elbows/forearms with innovative 3D checked pattern made of a hybrid polymer and EVA foam compound to reduce weight, to promote airflow and to fit the biker’s body shape.
Double-shell protection on the shoulders for excellent flexibility and superb freedom of movement. Asymmetric shells to increase the surface area protected and designed to ensure a tight fit aiming to hold the protection in the correctly position and to reduce rotation.
The removable back protector can be completely removed to improve airflow capacity at a later stage or adapted to house the BNS easily.
Protective panel shells made of resistant and high performance polymer compound for optimum flexibility and a lightweight design. Vented shells equipped with ducts to improve airflow and prevent heat build-up
Innovative Cross Lacing (CLS) closure system to attach the sleeves securely with a stretch microfibre drawstring
breathable for a more lightweight design and a truly customised fit. The CLS significantly reduces the risk of arm pump (forearm compartment syndrome).
