BITUBO CLU31V2 Rear Shock Absorber - Red (Ref. A0038CLU31)

The CLU31V2 from BITUBO is a rear shock absorber designed for demanding roadsters: nitrogen-pressurized construction with a floating piston oil/gas, Ø16 mm anti-friction treated shaft, and low-friction guide bushings. The separate compensation chamber connected by a braided metallic hose optimizes fluid cooling and offers more freedom of positioning on the rear end.

• Adjustments: rebound, double compression (low and high speeds), hydraulic preload, and height adjustment.
• Precision: low-speed compression 24 clicks, high-speed compression 20 clicks, rebound 24 clicks.
• Preload: hydraulic adjustment 12 mm via 24 clicks, activation by hand or 14 mm Allen key; small ergonomic trilobular knob available in ergal.
• Construction: CNC machined mounting heads in aerospace alloy.

Included in the box: specific assembly instructions, preload adjustment tool, and suspension manual. Shaft diameter 16 mm. Center distance 8 mm.
