
Derived from the multi-award-winning XXF, the Mono XXZ, until now reserved exclusively for our official teams, is now at the cutting edge of technology, with a completely new design and a host of new technical features, including 4 settings: compression and extension at low and high speeds, with new configurations designed to give the rider the best possible feeling. Inside, it has been updated with technical solutions that optimise the fluidity of moving parts, improve the damping coefficient and increase stability at high temperatures, not forgetting the use of lightweight materials to reduce overall weight. The Ø14mm stem increases fluidity and the Ø30mm piston reduces the mass of fluid in motion for a faster response to stresses. Particular attention has been paid to increasing the sensitivity and precision of settings. XXZ is designed to reduce inertia and provide immediate control of suspension oscillations.
The aim is to provide the rider with greater driving precision and grip than ever before, as well as uniform tyre wear thanks to instant control of the forces at play. This gives the rider maximum support in bends, even at extreme lean angles, rapid changes of direction, maximum confidence in opening the throttle on all types of track, and perfect rear-end stability even under the most violent acceleration.
BITUBO XXZB1 Rear Shock Absorber — Designed for demanding riders, this mono shock derives from the BITUBO competition range and transposes technical solutions from official teams to the road. It combines a DLC-treated rod Ø14 mm and a piston Ø30 mm to limit friction and reduce the mass of fluid in motion, promoting a quicker response to rear-end demands.
The XXZB1 offers a wide range of adjustments to fine-tune your motorcycle's behavior according to riding style and track: compression and rebound at both low and high speeds, preload, and height. This modularity allows for precise adjustments to the chassis/drag balance and the sensitivity of corner entry reactions.
