This CONTITECH belt combines a face covered with high-quality polyamide fabric with an HNBR elastomer (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber) and an alternately twisted glass fibre reinforcement. These materials are chosen to limit wear on the tread and maintain dimensional stability against the thermal and mechanical stresses encountered on the road.
