The DAYCO CVT™ drive belt (manufacturer part number: CVT9029) is a component designed for urban scooters equipped with a variator transmission. Manufactured using modern production processes and reinforced blends with oriented fibers, it aims to maintain resistance to compression and heat while minimizing lateral wear. Its construction allows for reliable operation under the daily stresses of city riding.

The toothed profile present on the minor base and on the back of the belt enhances flexibility and allows operation on small diameter pulleys, facilitating variator ratio changes. Ideal for standard replacements, it fits the transmission components of the SYM models listed below.
