SCOOTSMART Tyre 140/70 - 12 65P by Dunlop

The Dunlop ScootSmart is a rear scooter tyre designed for road and urban use. Its motorcycle-derived design combines grip, responsive handling, and durability to support daily commutes, even on wet surfaces.

Usage and Performance

• The silica-based compound promotes increased longevity and consistent performance in various riding conditions.
• The reduced grooves on the shoulders optimise the tyre's behaviour in corners to assist with angle changes.
• The deep central grooves enhance grip on wet surfaces to maintain better traction in the rain.
• The multidirectional grooves encourage more even wear to extend the tyre's lifespan.
• The tyre guarantees high grip and neutral handling up to 210 km/h to ensure a responsive ride.

Installation and Fitting

• The 140/70 - 12 size corresponds to a rear tyre that is 140 mm wide for a 12-inch rim.
• The diagonal structure meets the specifications required for fitting this scooter tyre.
• The tubeless fitting is done without an inner tube to utilise the tyre technology designed for this purpose.
• The load index of 65 and speed index P facilitate the verification of the necessary specifications for replacement.
