TRAILMAX MERIDIAN 120/80 - 18 62S Tyre by Dunlop

The Dunlop Trailmax Meridian 120/80 - 18 62S rear tyre is designed for trail bikes primarily used on the road. Its sculpted profile promotes water evacuation on wet surfaces while maintaining capability on loose terrain. Its design also aims for even wear between the front and rear tyres to support daily commutes and longer rides.

Design and Materials

• The DFF tread pattern, shaped like an ice axe, enhances feedback for a more responsive ride.
• The RPC technology reduces warm-up time to achieve usable performance quickly.
• The high silica content maintains the tyre's flexibility on cold surfaces and promotes grip on wet roads.
• The multi-compound MT technology combines a softer compound on the shoulders with a harder compound in the centre to support cornering grip and longevity.

Usage and Performance

• Grip on dry, wet, and cold surfaces adapts to varying road conditions.
• The highly sculpted profile effectively evacuates water to enhance safety on wet surfaces.
• Even wear between front and rear tyres limits premature replacement of the rear tyre.
• Improved mileage potential supports both straight-line journeys and repeated cornering.

Installation and Fitting

• The 120/80 - 18 size is intended for fitting on a rear wheel equipped with an 18-inch rim.
• The Tube Type design requires fitting with an inner tube to ensure proper tyre use.
• The load index of 62 and speed rating S facilitate checking compatibility with motorcycle requirements.
• Manufacturer reference 637633
