TRAILMAX MERIDIAN 150/70 R17 69V Tyre by Dunlop

The Dunlop Trailmax Meridian is a radial rear tyre designed for trail bikes primarily used on the road. Its tread pattern promotes water evacuation on wet surfaces while maintaining the ability to perform on loose terrain. Its design aims for uniform wear between the front and rear tyres, as well as improved mileage potential.

Usage and Performance

• The tread pattern effectively evacuates water to maintain suitable grip on wet roads.
• The road-oriented design remains effective in soft mud for occasional off-road excursions.
• The DFF technology enhances feedback and responsiveness for more agile handling.
• The RPC technology reduces warm-up time to quickly reach an appropriate performance level.
• Regular wear between the front and rear tyres helps preserve the overall lifespan.

Design and Materials

• The radial structure provides a design suited to the demands of a road trail tyre.
• The high silica content maintains rubber flexibility on cold surfaces and supports grip on wet roads.
• The MT technology combines a softer rubber on the shoulders with a harder rubber in the centre to balance cornering grip and longevity.

Installation and Fitting

• The 150/70 R17 size is suitable for replacing a rear tyre with the same dimensions.
• The tubeless design is used without an inner tube on a rim designed for this fitment.
• The load index of 69 and speed index V facilitate the verification of the specifications required for the motorcycle.
• Fitting on a 17-inch rim corresponds to the diameter specified for this tyre.
• The width of 150 mm and height of 70 provide precise information on the necessary size during replacement.
• Manufacturer reference 636387
