ANGEL CITY Tyre 100/80 - 17 52S by Pirelli

The Pirelli Angel City is a motorcycle tyre designed for small to medium displacement bikes used in urban and road environments. Its diagonal carcass and silica-enhanced rubber compound promote durability, grip on both dry and wet surfaces, and longevity. The tread pattern helps to evacuate water and maintain even wear.

Design and Materials

• The diagonal carcass enhances the tyre's strength to better withstand the demands of urban journeys and degraded roads.
• The silica and carbon black compound improves grip on both dry and wet roads while minimising the risk of tearing.

Installation and Fitting

• The 100/80 - 17 size with a load index of 52 is designed for rear fitting on a 17-inch rim.
• The Tubeless design is used without an inner tube, provided the wheel is suitable for this type of fitting.
• The speed rating S indicates a maximum usage speed of 180 km/h to maintain the conditions specified by the tyre.
• Manufacturer reference 2580900

Usage and Performance

• The tread pattern facilitates water evacuation to maintain suitable grip on wet roads.
• The structure and design of the tyre contribute to even wear, extending its everyday usability.
• The rubber compound enhances traction and handling on both dry and wet roads, facilitating urban and road travel.
• The longevity claimed to be up to 30% greater than that of its main competitors reduces the frequency of tyre replacement.
